Faculty Director

Experienced Teaching Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Research, Nonprofit Organizations, Student Affairs, Staff Development, and Educational Leadership. Strong education professional with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) focused in Educational Administration from Alliant International University-San Diego Scripps Ranch.

Dr. Nancy Pawlyshyn

Associate Teaching Professor

Nancy brings to her full-time faculty role decades of leadership experience in both public and private higher education institutions in roles of program director, chair, dean, associate provost, chief assessment officer and special academic officer to the dean. She has provided leadership for strategic initiatives requiring engagement of key stakeholders in institutional innovations and transformations, some funded by multi-million dollar grants. These initiatives have focused on academic reorganizations, reimagining libraries, ePortfolio assessment of learning, Open Education Resources (OER), accreditation, program & curriculum development, student engagement, technology integration, international educational partnerships, and faculty leadership and development. 

A specialist in leadership communication, she was also a communications, public speaking and writing professor for many years at Simmons College, Boston; San Jose City College, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, California. She has guided over 50 doctoral students in the areas of organizational leadership and law and policy to successful completion of doctoral degrees. She has been a communications consultant in the domains of public health, financial services and non-profit organizations. She holds a PhD in Educational Studies from Capella University with a focus on leadership, ethics and adult learning, an MS in Communications Management from Simmons College, and a BA also from Simmons in English and Government.

Associate Teaching Professor

Teresa’s has 20+ years leadership experience in the telecommunications industry where she held a variety of leadership positions including development, international consulting, process improvement, culture change, organization development, executive coaching, and Information Technology. She also brings a global perspective to her teaching as a result of her work in Mexico, Australia & Vietnam and extensive travel throughout Australia, India, and Europe. 

Teresa has an EdD in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, a MBA from Suffolk University and a MA in Adult Learning from Columbia University.  Teresa is a lifelong learner who is currently studying at the College of Executive Coaching to enhance her coaching expertise and is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Institute of Coaching.   She is also qualified to administer a number of leadership instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Leadership Practices Inventory, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership Multi-Rater Feedback. 

Dr. Sriram Rajagopalan

Assistant Teaching Professor

Sriram is a scholar-practitioner leader with 25+ years of experience in leading organizations through projects, programs, and portfolios in many industries with a focus on people leadership, process excellence, risk management, coaching and mentorship. Sriram has trained professional courses in many countries and also volunteers his time on introducing leadership, agile, and project management principles to younger generation.

Sriram is also the prestigious Eric Jennett Project Management Excellence 2017 award winner from PMI and a finalist for the Kerzner 2012 Award for Process Excellence. He has served in the Board for PMI MassBay and serves as an advisory board member for Global Skill Development Council.

Sriram has a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Management from Capella University, an MBA in Management from Concordia University, a MS in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras. He holds many professional certifications.
